Described as a “veritable bundle of creative energy”, and voted Toronto’s Hottest Chef 2012, Chef Jo Lusted is currently Spokesperson, Resident Chef, Contributing Editor and Advisory Board Member for Clean Eating Magazine, and the Food Producer on CBC’s internationally syndicated TV show Steven & Chris.

Jo hosts a regular cooking segment on Steven & Chris and is also a freelance writer and Recipe Development Chef.  She has contributed to foodnetwork.ca, Good Food Revolution and foodie.ca, and is a Contributing Food Specialist for Canadian Living Magazine and Fresh Juice Magazine.  She was a regular guest on Toronto’s Boom 97.3 Breakfast Show with Humble & Colleen, and is a current guest on Vinyl 95.3FM.  Jo has also appeared as a Guest Chef on Global TV’s Foodies with Chef Angie MacRae, Kitchen Cures on Veria, Global News, CTV News, Til Debt Do Us Part, Matchmaker, cityline.ca and CFRB 1010.  She has been featured in two of Toronto’s most prominent newspapers, The Toronto Star and The Toronto Sun.  Jo was recently awarded a “Golden Whisk Award” from the Toronto Star, as her healthy version of the infamous KogiBBQ Kimchi Quesadillas was heralded as one of their 10 Best Recipes published in 2011.

Jo has travelled extensively for her love of food.  From Corporate Chef of a restaurant in the Dominican Republic to Head Chef for Indy Car racing teams in California and countless trade shows across North America, Jo brings infectious energy, enthusiasm and charisma to all her projects and events.

An advocate of healthy gourmet cooking, Jo believes in unpretentious food, and has a unique down-to-earth approach to cooking.  Jo Lusted currently resides in Toronto, Ontario, loves to travel, and is always on the hunt for a food-driven adventure.
